Studio Gray is an architecture and design practice specialising in private residential and interior design projects. The founding partners, Fiammetta Gray and Peter Thomas draw on their extensive experience to offer a service covering all aspects of work from concept design, through planning & detailing, to delivery on site. They aim to provide a friendly, professional approach that is appropriate to the needs of the project, the budget and the timescale.
Fiammetta was a founding director of Buckley Gray Yeoman in 1997. Her interests in materials, textiles and colour together with detail bring together the skills needed to merge architecture with interiors.
Peter has worked alongside Fiammetta for over 15 years and brings to the partnership a passion for materials and craftsmanship coupled with an intrinsic understanding of proportion and detailing.
Through their work at Buckley Gray Yeoman, Fiammetta and Peter have delivered numerous residential and commercial projects all across London and the UK. Working within many London boroughs, they have specific expertise in planning issues, including Listed building and conservation area consents. Indeed, many of their projects have involved refurbishing and remodelling existing structures and Listed buildings.
As Studio Gray, an extensive portfolio of built projects in Suffolk and Norfolk have provided a broad range of project types and the opportunity to develop relationships with numerous local authorities.
Projects for commercial clients, including both one-off and high street restaurants alongside hotel renovations have given them experience in all aspects of interior design, be it the technical co-ordination of a professional kitchen and services, bespoke furniture design and specification, through to selection of fabrics and finishes.
